CreaTechSummit is the organiser of the CreaTech Summit, a professional gathering dedicated to the impact of AI and TECHNOLOGY on creative industries. For any privacy question, you can contact us at romain@ptgcompany.ai.

We collect only the personal information needed to deliver the service you request:

• Waitlist and newsletter: email address and, if you choose to provide it, your name and professional profile.
• Contact form: name, email, company, role and the content of your message.
• Applications (speaker, partner, exhibitor, press, investor, startup, awards): name, email, company, role, country, links, project or portfolio details, and any other information you include in your submission.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools to improve the website experience.

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Send program updates, pass releases and speaker announcements to waitlist subscribers.
• Process and respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
• Review, evaluate and follow up on applications (speaker, partner, exhibitor, press, investor, startup, awards).
• Improve the website, measure audience interest and secure the platform.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent: for sending marketing or program updates via the waitlist and newsletter. Community membership and WhatsApp Community participation are separate, independent consents — joining the Community never subscribes you to marketing, and marketing consent never adds you to the Community. If you opt into the WhatsApp Community we store your phone number and the date of your consent, and your number may be visible to other members according to WhatsApp's settings. You can ask us to remove you from the Community or WhatsApp at any time.
• Legitimate interest: for responding to inquiries, reviewing applications, ensuring website security and understanding how visitors use the site.
• Contractual necessity: when processing is required to deliver a service you explicitly requested, such as a partner or exhibitor application.

We share personal data only with the service providers and infrastructure partners needed to operate the website and manage the event:

• Lovable Cloud: powers the website, database and backend infrastructure (built on Supabase).
• Email and hosting providers: used to deliver messages and store submissions securely.
• Analytics providers: used to understand website traffic and improve user experience.

These partners act as processors under our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

The website is hosted on Lovable Cloud infrastructure, which may store data in regions outside your country of residence. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, to ensure an adequate level of protection.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or until you ask us to delete it. Once the purpose no longer applies, we delete or anonymise your data, except where a longer retention period is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your data in certain circumstances.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
